I’ve worn this sweater quite a bit already, i’m kind of kicking myself for not getting it sooner. It still looks really smooth with no little fuzz balls showing up yet, which is usually what makes me nervous with cashmere. So far, I’m really happy with it.

I do like some of their products, so I was disappointed by how frustrating it was to get help. I emailed about an issue with my order and it took days before anyone got back to me, which already felt annoying.

When they finally replied, the answer was really short and didn’t fully address what I asked. I had to follow up again, and it kind of felt like nobody actually wanted to take ownership of the problem. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for what they charge, I expected much better service.

My order from White + Warren was mostly right, but one of the items came in the wrong color. The size and the other sweater was fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while to get it sorted out. Just kind of annoying when you’re waiting on something and it’s not exactly what you picked.

The quality is definitely good, and I can see the care that went into it. At the same time, the price made me pause a bit. It’s one of those purchases that reminds you to think about what you really value, if quality matters most, it might feel worth it, but for me, I’m still not totally sure the cost lines up.
